Storage and access rights


In the configuration of the program "1C:Document Management 8 CORP", internal documents and files are stored in a folder structure taking into account access rights..

The folder structure can be formed in accordance with the organizational structure of the enterprise or by document types. Each folder is assigned permission for users or user groups to perform various operations: reading, adding, editing, or deleting.

In addition, all data in the "Document Management CORP" configuration is limited by access rights depending on the types of documents, document access classifications, correspondent groups, and groups of individuals, organization,s and activity issues.

The files themselves can be stored both in the information base and in volumes on the disk.

Registration of incoming and outgoing documents
